"I began dancing in college after a life full of sports and utterly fell in love. It’s been my preferred medium of release and artistic expression since. I appreciate and participate in all styles of movement, but have a soft spot for ballroom since it’s what got me started. My most notable achievement is getting my husband to come to all my performances and shows since we met. He is my biggest supporter.

My life outside of dance has been nothing but pet hair; from obedience trainer to veterinary assistant to professional groomer for the past 12 years. Never a dull moment and I’ve loved it all."
